It was so fun to sit down and chat with Kate for the latest in the Client Q&A Series!

Kate and I started working together in 2020 at the start of the pandemic when she made a quick pivot to start her own fitness business with virtual classes. 2 years later she’s just opened her first physical studio that takes on a very 2022 hybrid approach with in-person, live-streaming, and on-demand classes. It’s been such a pleasure to get to work with Kate throughout every phase of her business the last two years and I can’t wait to see what this powerhouse entrepreneur does next.
